Role Description

The International Voice Process Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will handle international customer interactions, resolve inquiries effectively, maintain high-quality customer service, and ensure professionalism. Responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, adhering to call scripts, updating call records, and meeting established performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and an ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Experience in voice processes, customer service, or international process handling
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle challenging customer situations effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems, call center software, and data-entry skills
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to work flexible shifts
• Previous experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred
