Job Summary:

MindCruits is hiring on behalf of a leading international client for the role of Customer Service Representative (Voice Process). This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products and services.

Handle and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to drive customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with company policies, product knowledge, and industry standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Freshers: Graduate is mandatory

Experienced: Undergraduates can apply (with relevant experience)

Experience: 0 to 4 years in customer service or BPO (International Voice preferred)

Skills:

Strong verbal communication with a clear and neutral accent

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment

Compensation (CTC - Per Month):

Fresher: ₹25,000

Up to 6 months experience: ₹28,000

7 months to 3 years: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)

Interview Process:

Versant Test (Pearson Tool) – Minimum Score: 60

2 Virtual Interview Rounds
