Duties

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English to assist a diverse clientele.
• Analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions while promoting additional services through upselling.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
• Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
