Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of International Voice Process. This role involves engaging with customers across various regions, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, data entry, and promoting our services through upselling techniques. Duties Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and provide information about our services. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records. Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience. Demonstrate strong communication skills in English to assist a diverse clientele. Analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions while promoting additional services through upselling. Maintain a professional demeanor while resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals. Qualifications Proficiency in English is essential. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, both verbal and written. Analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
