Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred (Under graduates can also apply)
  • 0–7 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Rotational Shift and rotational week- off.
