Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Undergraduates or Graduates

Experience: Freshers and candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based customer support are welcome

Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving ability to resolve customer concerns over voice or chat

Compensation:

Up to 5.5 LPA (based on experience and communication skills)

Two-way cab facility provided

• Bilingual Voice Support English + Malayalam / English + Arabic

Eligibility:

Education: Graduates only

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (voice)
