Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international inbound/outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Record customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues when required
  • Adhere to company quality standards and process guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer concerns
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Willing to work in night/rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Prior BPO/International Voice experience is preferred but not mandatory
