About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven professionals to join a leading multinational organization in its International Voice Process teams. Key Responsibilities

Depending on your profile, you will be part of Customer Service, Inbound Sales (Cross-Selling), or Outbound Sales teams.

• Handle international customer queries via voice support
• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs
• Offer telecom products and services through solution-based selling
• Cross-sell / upsell additional products & services to existing customers
• Overcome objections through active listening and persuasive communication
• Process customer orders accurately while navigating multiple systems/tools
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and resolution within SLAs
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations/resolutions
• Participate in ongoing training & share best practices

Desired/Preferred candidate profile

• Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Communication: Excellent spoken English
• Experience:

* Customer Service

* Inbound/Outbound Sales or Cross-Selling

• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Freshers eligible only for Customer Service (not Sales roles)
