Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Customer Support Executive -- Email Banking Process

Shift Timings: Female: 6 AM-3 PM / 7 AM-4 PM

Male: 3 PM-12 AM / 4 PM-1 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via email related to banking services

Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues

Maintain high standards of written communication and professionalism

Adhere to compliance and data security protocols

Requirements:

Minimum education: 12th pass or undergraduate

6 months experience in email-based customer support

Excellent English comprehension and writing skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off

Job Title: Customer Support Executive ---Blended Voice + Non-Voice Process

Shift Timings: Day rotational between 8 AM to 8 PM (varied slots)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat/email

Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple languages

Requirements:

Education: PUC or Graduate (Graduates preferred)

Experience: 1 year (paper experience accepted) or freshers welcome

Language fluency in English + Hindi (mandatory)

Also hiring for combinations like English + Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off

Job Title: Loan Process Executive--- Outbound Calling

Shift Timings: Day shift (exact timing shared during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain loan products and application process clearly

Address customer queries and guide them through documentation

Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules.

Requirements:

Education: PUC or Graduate

Experience: Freshers welcome

Good communication and persuasion skills

6-day work week + 1 rotational week off

PS : Daily Walk ins are going on in Hebbal location.
