Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process:

1. Customer support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone calls.

2. Issue resolution: Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Product knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of products or services and provide accurate information to customers.

Non-Voice Process:

1. Email/chat support: Respond to customer queries and concerns through email or chat.

2. Issue resolution: Resolve customer issues and provide solutions through non-voice channels.

3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a BPO or international customer service environment.

3. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

4. Customer-centric: Focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills:

1. Strong communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

2. Problem-solving: Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.

3. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities.

4. Time management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
