Role Description Key Responsibilities: Sales & Travel Consultation: Sell International Packages: Customize and sell international travel packages for destinations across Asia, Europe, USA, Canada, and beyond. Provide Expert Advice: Guide clients on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and best travel options based on preferences and budget. Upsell & Cross-Sell: Offer additional services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, and local experiences. Client Relationship Management: Personalized Service: Ensure a seamless experience by offering tailored recommendations and travel solutions. Follow-up & Support: Assist clients pre- and post-travel, handling queries, changes, and customer concerns. Customer Satisfaction: Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. Market Research & Sales Strategy: Stay Updated: Keep up with global travel trends, visa policies, and competitor offerings. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings and sales in the CRM system. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in international travel consultation and sales. Skills: Strong knowledge of international destinations (Asia, Europe, USA, Canada, etc.). Experience with visa processes for various countries. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office.
