As an International Travel Consultant at Bandhan Tours Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and coordinating their international travel. Your role will be full-time and on-site in Pune, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for every client. Key Responsibilities: - Help clients plan and coordinate their trips effectively by booking flights, accommodations, and other necessary arrangements. - Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with clients. - Manage reservations and create personalized travel itineraries tailored to the clients" preferences. - Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients by handling all aspects of their international travel arrangements. Qualifications: - Proficient in Travel Consulting and Travel Management. - Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, accommodations, and related services. - Strong Customer Service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with international travel regulations and visa requirements is a plus. - Proficiency in travel booking systems and software is desirable. - A Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
