Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Travel Consultant, located in Delhi, India. The role involves assisting clients with travel consulting, planning and managing domestic and international travel itineraries. Responsibilities include making travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring accurate reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs. The role also requires staying updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and travel policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience with Reservations and customer relationship management tools
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client communication
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, documentation, and visa processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in travel agencies or related industries is an advantage
