Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive International Tour Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international tour packages, managing client queries, and ensuring exceptional travel experiences. This role requires in-depth knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and a strong service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute customized international tour packages for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
• Liaise with global vendors including hotels, transport operators, DMCs, and local guides.
• Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa guidance and travel insurance.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations, itineraries, and handle end-to-end booking processes.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, sightseeing, and transfers.
• Resolve issues before and during travel to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about international travel advisories, visa policies, and entry requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, payments, and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 24 years of experience in international tour planning or operations.
• Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of global destinations, international air routes, and travel logistics.
• Familiarity with visa processes, foreign exchange, and international travel insurance.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver quality service.
• Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering premium client experiences.
