Job Description

Tour Managers Off-Ground (Product Ownership)

Build, refine, and maintain destination products end-to-end on our internal system.
Create complete itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, cost sheets, and supplier details.
Collaborate with DMCs and suppliers for pricing, availability, and updates.
Ensure storefront accuracy — descriptions, images, day plans, pricing, and product readiness.
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure they are trained and enabled on your destinations.
Track performance and continuously improve conversion and profitability.

On-Ground (Tour Management)

Lead outbound group tours across destinations such as Europe, Australia & New Zealand, Dubai, Singapore, Bali, etc.
Ensure seamless execution of itineraries: transport, hotels, sightseeing, meals, and guest experience.
Handle real-time tour coordination with local partners and guides.
Be the single point of contact for customers throughout the journey.
Capture live feedback, videos, photos, and insights from the tour for content and product teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
