Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, labor laws, and internal HR policies. Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms to align performance with business objectives. Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and organizational culture. Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling: Address concerns empathetically while ensuring fairness and alignment with company values. Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular HR analytics reports to support decision-making and HR strategy refinement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-functional, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, ethical judgment, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Domestic Tour Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end domestic travel itineraries, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring seamless execution of domestic tour packages. A passion for travel, customer service excellence, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Design and curate customized domestic tour packages based on client requirements and budget. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local tour operators to arrange all travel services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert travel recommendations. Handle bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and documentations for domestic travel. Ensure smooth execution of tours, address client concerns during travel, and resolve issues quickly. Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction. Keep up to date with market trends, new destinations, and competitive tour offerings. Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required. Qualifications: Minimum 13 years of experience in domestic tour planning or operations. Graduate in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of Indian travel destinations, accommodations, and transport logistics. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus , Galileo & Sabre and be capable of handling domestic and international air ticketing efficiently. Candidates with an IATA Certification will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre). Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requirements. Coordinate with airlines and customers for schedule changes, refunds, or special requests. Maintain accurate records of ticketing, invoicing, and fare calculations. Provide clients with the best routing and pricing options based on their needs. Ensure compliance with airline and IATA policies and procedures. Handle group bookings, corporate accounts, and urgent travel requests. Stay updated with industry trends, fare rules, and promotional fares. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in air ticketing with strong command of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo). Knowledge of international routing, airline fare rules, and ticketing policies. Familiarity with BSP/IATA procedures is highly desirable. IATA Certification or relevant training is a plus . Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
