Job Summary:

Marketing Manager – Corporate Travel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to expand the company’s business portfolio.
  • Present travel management solutions with value-driven proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in companies.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups, business reviews, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations and ticketing teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with proactive revenue strategies.
  • Maintain updated sales pipelines, CRM reports, and market intelligence.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and corporate networking activities.
  • Support branding initiatives and promotional marketing campaigns targeted at corporate travel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in

    Travel, Hospitality, or Aviation

    industries.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel management and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with high result-orientation and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Tourism preferred.
