We are seeking a seasoned International Ticketing Personnel (Amadeus Expert) to join our team at the Flipkart office in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in managing international travel bookings, ensuring seamless ticketing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the go-to expert for handling complex itineraries, optimizing travel routes, and maintaining strong airline relationships.

• GDS Operations: Manage end-to-end international ticketing using Amadeus, Galileo, and other major GDS platforms. Tasks include flight searches, itinerary creation, fare construction, and ticket issuance.
• Ticketing Expertise: Apply comprehensive knowledge of international airline rules, fare classes, baggage policies, and special service requests.
• Seat Management: Handle seat blocking and preferred seating arrangements efficiently.
• Routing Optimization: Recommend cost-effective and time-efficient travel routes aligned with client and airline policies.
• Post-Ticketing Support: Process cancellations, refunds, and reissuance of tickets in compliance with airline and GDS protocols.
• No-Show Management: Implement no-show policies to minimize penalties and maintain accurate records.
• ADM Reconciliation: Resolve Airline Debit Memos (ADMs) proactively to ensure financial accuracy.
• Airline Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners to facilitate smooth operations and favorable negotiations.
• Client Support: Provide high-quality support to Flipkart employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to reduce travel costs through smart GDS usage and airline partnerships.
• Shift Flexibility: Be available for rotational shifts, including weekends (one week per month), to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Professional Conduct: Represent Cleartrip with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in international ticketing within a corporate travel or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of international fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
• Experience in seat blocking, routing, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance.
• Familiarity with no-show rules and ADM handling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.

• Certification in Amadeus and/or Galileo.
• Experience working with large corporate clients.
• Prior exposure to airline liaison roles for dispute resolution or special requests.
