International Tele calling/ Telesales executive

As an International Business Development Executive / Tele calling Executive / Telesales Executive specializing in US & UK Outbound Calling, your role involves contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other methods to introduce and explain the benefits of our services. You will schedule and conduct online demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities, respond to client inquiries, and provide product and technical information. Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients is crucial, along with meeting or exceeding predetermined sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing clients with information on products, services, and offers, as well as taking qualified data and conducting outbound calling. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other methods - Schedule and conduct online demonstrations - Respond to client inquiries and provide product and technical information - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients - Meet or exceed predetermined sales targets - Provide clients with information on products, services, and offers - Take qualified data and conduct outbound calling Qualifications Required: - Experience as a Tele-Caller or Tele-sales in an international process - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks - Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals In addition, the company operates in US Shift, UK Shift, and Rotational Shifts.
