Job Summary

Business Development Executives


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to UK-based small and medium enterprises.
  • Promote and sell card swiping (POS) machines.
  • Offer and explain business loan options to eligible customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch products accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
  • Follow a professional and grammatically correct communication style at all times.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.


Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification

    : 10th Pass or above.
  • Experience

    : At least

    1 year of experience

    in outbound international voice process (sales).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

    – must speak fluently with

    no grammatical errors

    .
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Professional, confident, and persuasive demeanor.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus).


Job Details

  • Shift Timing

    : 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (IST)
  • Working Days

    : Monday to Friday
  • Weekends Off

    : Saturday & Sunday
  • Location

    : Salt Lake Sector 5, WEBEL More, Kolkata
