International Sales Representative

• Generate and manage leads from international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
• Communicate with overseas clients via calls, emails, video meetings, and CRM tools
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers
• Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals efficiently
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for order fulfillment
• Stay updated on global market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience in international calling and emailing
• Ability to work in night shift aligned with global time zones
• Customer-centric approach with result-driven mindset
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Strong time management and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in international sales / B2B / B2C sales
• Experience in IT services, eCommerce, Diamond, SaaS, or Export industry is a plus
• Prior exposure to US/UK market will be an advantage
