International Sales Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Analyse market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share. Identify regulatory requirements & compliance for specific region sales. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Promote Orthomatrixs comprehensive portfolio: Trauma, Maxillofacial & Hip. Organize product presentations, training workshops, and clinical support. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, biotechnology or experience in similar a similar field. Minimum of 4 to 10 years experience in international sales within the orthopedic industry. Proven track record in international sales for the orthopaedic domain. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopedic. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
