Job Description

As an International Sales Executive/Manager in the lab-grown diamond industry and jewelry, your role is crucial in expanding business activities and contributing to rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in various countries. - Utilizing CRM tools to manage client interactions, track customer preferences, and improve service quality. - Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to gain insights from sales data and predict market trends. - Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals. - Ensuring all sales transactions comply with international trade regulations and company policies. - Having an in-depth understanding of jewelry products, their features, benefits, and unique selling points. - Promoting products through presentations, exhibitions, and trade shows. - Collaborating with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with business goals. - Communicating effectively with customers across different time zones and cultures. - Preparing regular sales reports, including forecasts, to track performance and inform strategic decisions. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring all sales activities comply with international trade laws and regulations. - Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client communications. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Proven experience in International Sales or a relevant role. - Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written). - Excellent knowledge of MS Office. - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Fast learner with a passion for sales. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. - 5-10 years of experience in the diamond & jewelry industry mandatory. - Willingness to relocate to Surat for the role. - Salary is competitive for the right candidate, with possible incentives based on sales targets.
