As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven International Sales Executive to help expand our global presence and drive revenue growth. Role Overview Were looking for a highly motivated International Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B international sales. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across international markets, particularly in the solar and renewable energy sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential international clients, especially in the US and other key markets Pitch our solar engineering services and solutions through effective communication and presentations Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align on client needs and service delivery Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market dynamics Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Represent the company in virtual and in-person international meetings, trade shows, or industry events Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in solar, engineering, or energy services Proven track record of generating and closing international business deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho Experience in dealing with US/European clients is a strong plus Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge solar solutions hybrid working flexibility A fast-paced, growth-driven work culture Opportunities for international exposure and career advancement
