About the Role:

International Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop business with international clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, to order closure.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
  • Research international markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in international sales/export sales (preferably in B2B).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as per international time zones (when required).
