Role Summary:

International Sales

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and approach international hospitals, government/NGO tenders, and private healthcare groups.
• Generate inquiries and RFQs from new and existing clients across global markets.
• Handle product pitching, quotation preparation, negotiations, and closing of sales.
• Follow up on ongoing tenders and institutional buying requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams – procurement, purchase, and logistics – to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare sales reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Required Skills and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in

  international sales or exports of medical products

  (mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in handling hospital procurement departments, tenders, or bulk buyers.
• Proficient in email and CRM-based client management.
• Familiarity with documentation for exports is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA – International Business/Sales preferred).
• Existing client base or networks in Africa, Middle East, South America, or Southeast Asia will be an advantage.
