Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Daskroi for an International Sales Engineer. The role involves managing international sales by identifying new markets and business opportunities, coordinating with global clients, and crafting custom solutions to meet specific project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing strategies for international business growth, and actively engaging in communication with clients to foster professional relationships. Ensuring smooth collaboration with the engineering team during project execution will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with a strong understanding of technical products and their applications.
• Proven experience in International Sales and International Business to effectively penetrate global markets and manage international clients.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work on-site in Daskroi and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in market research, customer engagement, and business strategy development for domestic and international clients.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with marine and industrial power solutions is a strong advantage.
