Job brief: We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.Responsibilities:ï‚· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsï‚· Understand customer needs and requirementsï‚· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureï‚· Close sales and achieve quarterly quotasï‚· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interestï‚· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryï‚· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsï‚· Perform effective online demos to prospectsRequirements and skills:ï‚· Proven inside sales experienceï‚· Track record of over-achieving quotaï‚· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayï‚· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsï‚· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMï‚· Excellent verbal and written communications skillsï‚· Strong listening and presentation skillsï‚· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Product knowledge :- Electrical Control Panel, Stabilizer, Diesel Generator, UPS, Transformer, Switch Gear and cables
