- Achievement of sales target on monthly basis (weekly achievement against plan)
- Sales Analysis for the assigned territories / Region
- Identifying the potential markets/ segments and applications and focusing to these areas.
- Competition Gap Analysis Collecting of Competitor Information from the market and analyzing the same.
- Enquiry/ Lead Management in the Region/ territory
- Daily activties – field visits , technical presentation, product demos and order / collection follow up
- Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the Material manufacturers, Machine Builders, Consultants etc.
- Preparation of the Sales Plan and effective implementation the same
- Periodic review of the performance
- Focus on key customers and exploring new customers/markets / segments
- Aligning with administration work at the Branches
- Daily reporting of Sales, Collection, C-Form Status & Other developments at the Branches
- Organizing Promotional Activities such as Exhibitions & Seminars
