We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Manager to lead the technical department of our temperature sensor manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTD and thermocouple sensor technology, with leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering setup. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical team including design, calibration, QC, and support Supervise the development and improvement of temperature sensors (RTD, Thermocouple) Manage customer-specific technical requirements and provide solutions Prepare and review technical drawings, datasheets, and documentation Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality departments Support the sales team with technical guidance during customer discussions Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: technical management : 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
