International Recruiter

As an experienced International Recruiter, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for USA clients, ensuring compliance with US hiring norms and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client requirements for both IT and Non-IT roles in the USA market - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates - Conducting initial screening calls - Managing rate negotiations - Coordinating interview schedules - Facilitating offer negotiations and onboarding procedures You will be instrumental in maintaining and updating candidate trackers, status reports, and pipeline updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a network of candidates for future project requirements. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure 100% compliance with client-specific requirements and recruitment service level agreements (SLAs).
