Handle international customer queries via chat, email, and calls
Resolve issues with professional and empathetic communication
Provide accurate product, service, and policy information
Use CRM tools effectively
Adaptability to international time zones and global customers
Technical knowledge, sales exposure, upselling & cross-selling preferred
Eligibility:
International process experience is mandatory
Strong typing and written communication skills
