Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced International Customer Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities Assist international customers via email, phone, and chat support. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide product information and technical assistance to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Skills and Qualifications 1-8 years of experience in customer support or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
