International Voice and Blended Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls, emails, and chats
in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries
and provide accurate information in a
timely manner
.
Maintain high customer satisfaction
by delivering excellent and empathetic service.
Meet performance targets
for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
Follow company protocols
and maintain strict
data confidentiality
.

Who We're Looking For

Freshers:
We welcome freshers with
excellent English communication skills
and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Experienced Candidates:
We are looking for individuals with a track record of success in
international voice or blended processes
.
Work Schedule:
Must be willing to work in
rotational and night shifts
.
Availability:
Immediate joiners are preferred
.
Location:
Must be comfortable working from our office in
Pune
.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
Freshers:
?18,000 - ?24,000 (in-hand), equating to approximately
?3 LPA

Experienced Candidates:
Up to
?6.5 LPA
, with a 30% hike on your last drawn salary.
