International Business Manager

As an international marketing professional in the food industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate international business for food additives and spices in regions such as the Middle East, Russia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Australia. You will be expected to manage client relationships and distributor relations effectively to drive sales growth and market penetration. Your role will also involve coordinating preparatory work for exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits to showcase the company's products and services. It will be crucial for you to track customer usage patterns and competitor activities in order to develop robust regional sales plans that ensure market competitiveness and growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for introducing new product categories, including spices, in markets across the rest of the world (ROW). This will require a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements to successfully launch and promote new products in these regions. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA and have at least 5 years of experience in international marketing within a B2C business environment. You should excel in identifying and appointing channel partners and distributors, as well as in engaging directly with customers to address queries, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships. Regular travel and coordination with the supply chain management team for order management and delivery will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
