Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Business Manager to expand our global footprint, drive strategic partnerships, and develop sustainable international business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international business development, particularly in the medical disposables and wound care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s international market presence.
• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare providers worldwide.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage international client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals with international partners.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings globally.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in International Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Disposables, Wound Care, and Haemostats.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements in the medical industry.
