Key Responsibilities

  • Support international sales team in order processing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
  • Manage customer communication for samples, quotations, and shipment updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Logistics, QA, QC, and Production) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain and update sales data, forecasts, and customer databases.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and market performance trackers.
  • Assist in tender participation, contract documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and country-specific requirements.


Key Skills

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international trade (pharma sector).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under timelines.
