Key Responsibilities : Support international sales team in order processing, documentation, and dispatch coordination. Manage customer communication for samples, quotations, and shipment updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Logistics, QA, QC, and Production) to ensure smooth order execution. Maintain and update sales data, forecasts, and customer databases. Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and market performance trackers. Assist in tender participation, contract documentation, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with export documentation and country-specific requirements. Key Skills : Strong coordination and communication skills.
