With successful operations across CIS countries including Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Moldova, the company is now expanding its footprint in Latin American (LATAM) markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with pharmaceutical distributors and importers in key LATAM countries.
• Manage end-to-end business development cycles — from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Develop market-entry strategies and country-specific business plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with regulatory teams to facilitate product registration in LATAM markets.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high service standards to drive long-term growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience

  in pharmaceutical business development in LATAM region (mandatory).
• Strong network of contacts within the Latin American pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical export documentation, regulatory frameworks, and local compliance norms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
