Manage end-to-end business development cycles — from lead generation to contract finalization. Develop market-entry strategies and country-specific business plans aligned with company goals. Coordinate with regulatory teams to facilitate product registration in LATAM markets. Build strong client relationships and ensure high service standards to drive long-term growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations. Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings. Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development in LATAM region (mandatory). Strong network of contacts within the Latin American pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical export documentation, regulatory frameworks, and local compliance norms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus). Strong organizational and analytical skills. Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
