Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Exploration

    • Identify and analyze new international market opportunities.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on global industry trends.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

    • Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and freelance portals.
    • Approach prospects via calls, emails, and social media.

  • Client Engagement

    • Understand client requirements and craft tailored business proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
  • Strategic Planning

    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet global business growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Draft proposals, presentations, and monthly performance reports.
    • Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progress.

  • Event Representation

    • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in international sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal writing.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to cross-cultural environments.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle complex sales situations and client objections.
  • Knowledge of global trade regulations and market dynamics.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
