Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to the hiring of candidates for internal positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
Present job offers and negotiate compensation packages in line with company policies.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
Organize and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.
Provide regular updates and reports on the status of recruitment activities to HR management and department heads.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed and the process is seamless.
Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
