RenewCred is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our growing team as an Internal Operations Associate at Bengaluru.   , primarily working from home, with a few in-person meetings each week at MG Road OR Indiranagar.

  : Entry Level (0-3 years)

• Employment Type

  : Part-time (20 hours/week, Mon-Fri)

• CTC Offered

  : INR 15,000-20,000 per month

• Reporting to

  : Founder/CEO

• Growth Potential

  : This role can evolve into a full-time Manager-level position based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Founder’s Office to streamline internal operations
• Manage documentation, deal flow pipelines, and stakeholder communications
• Moderate & manage the RenewCred Science Community, ensuring quick approvals and engagement
• Represent RenewCred at key climate tech and sustainability events
• Support internal projects and operational efficiency across teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Super strong in operations
• Interest in climate tech, startups, and community building
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, accounting, compliance or community management is a plus
