Position : Operations and Front Desk Executive Location : Surat (This position is strictly for Surat Location only). Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Operations and Front Desk Executive to manage daily office operations and front desk responsibilities. The role requires strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills, ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management (Surat Location Only): Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at the Surat office. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; redirect them to appropriate staff. Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings. Ensure reception area and office premises are neat, professional, and welcoming. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including stationery, supplies, courier services, and office maintenance. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management. Assist with scheduling meetings, travel bookings, and office events. Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping in both physical and digital formats. Support basic HR and accounts operations like attendance tracking, reimbursements, and petty cash handling.
