Job Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct research and development on cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms, with a focus on real-world applications in strategic product development and functional enhancements.

• 
  Analyze feature and functionality requirements to design effective AI/ML architectures.

• 
  Apply exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques to uncover insights and support model development through data visualization and analysis.

• 
  Train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI/ML models to ensure high performance and generalizability.

• 
  Optimize models for training time, inference speed, accuracy, and ease of deployment.

• 
  Build prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and provide a foundation for enterprise-grade product implementations.

• 
  Collaborate with product managers and internal stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and user needs.

Required Skills

• 
  Proficient in Python programming.

• 
  Experience with core AI/ML and data analysis libraries: scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, matplotlib.

• 
  Familiarity with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Stanford CoreNLP.

• 
  Comfortable working in development environments such as Google Colab, Jupyter Notebooks, or VS Code.

• 
  Version control using Git.

• 
  Completed ML projects using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques: XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, KMeans, PCA.

• 
  Prepared POV using - OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Hugging Face Transformers, Sentence Transformers, etc.

Requirements

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• 
  Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).

• 
  Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

• 
  Experience building web applications using Flask, Dash, Django, or FastAPI.

• 
  Scripting : Shell.

• 
  Exposure to cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda).

Basic Qualifications

• 
  BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 
  Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs); experience with multiple LLMs is a strong plus.

• 
  Experience in product development, preferably in SaaS and cloud environments.

• 
  Experience or understanding of the Intellectual Property (IP) domain is highly desirable.
