Your role will involve supporting the achievement of a strong control environment and testing the operating effectiveness of internal controls using innovative solutions such as automations, robotics, and AI. Your main responsibilities will include: - Testing the effectiveness of internal controls, such as reviewing balance sheet reconciliations. - Conducting compliance reviews to ensure compliance with Global/Local Prokura. - Centrally coordinating Prokura updates for compliance maintenance. - Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate current internal control processes and proposing improvement ideas. - Collaborating with the IT team on implementing automation and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency. - Exploring the potential of AI in the internal control environment. - Collaborating on the development of the OIC process. - Following instructions from superiors. To succeed in this role, you will need: - University degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science. - Experience in financial accounting and financial internal controls framework. - Experience in utilizing innovative solutions to enhance internal controls. - Advanced level proficiency in MS Office and Power BI. - Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and data analytics. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with individuals at various levels. - A hardworking, adaptable, and goal-oriented attitude.
