Internal Control Manager

Role Overview: As the Internal Control Manager for the SAPMENA zone at L'Oral, your role involves defining and managing the Zone/Division Internal Control roadmap and priorities in alignment with Top Management. Leading the network of Zone/Division Internal Control Managers and overseeing the prevention of corruption program within the Zone/Division are key responsibilities. You will also assist managers in creating simple and effective procedures that comply with local laws, Group standards, and best practices. Promoting staff understanding of challenges and discernment through tools, training, and sharing of best practices is crucial. Additionally, leading the self-assessment approach to comply with Group Internal Control Fundamentals and facilitating Internal Audits to ensure governance and progress of resulting action plans are part of your responsibilities. Ensuring adherence to Group norms/policies across all sites within SAPMENA Operations and fostering transparent and proactive communication between local entities and the Group are essential. Representing the SAPMENA zone in the Internal Control community and sharing initiatives with Entities and the Group Internal Control Department are also included in your role. Staying updated on external environmental developments is crucial to contribute effectively to the company's mission.
