Role Value - Necessity Based on the S&OP operation system, as the down-stream of S&OP plan, to arrange and establish the master production plan to ensure the fulfillment of S&OP plan and company business target, considering the better operation cost. Role Responsibility - Major Responsibility Measurement Output Master Plan l Per S&OP and Forecast, arrange and establish the production plan preview and finalize, after alignment, to officially publish the plan; l Based on the project forecast, summarize and publish the components shipping schedule and plan, and work with PMC/logistics/etc. to review the supply and arrival risk every week; Publish Efficiency and Accuracy Components whole-set rate Manage and Monitor Production and Operation process l Monitor the execution of prod plan, when unexpected issue happened, need to communicate on time and set the back-up plan and adjust properly; per the material arrival\line capacity\project urgent demand request, need to adjust the plan efficiently to secure the production smoothly going; l Monitor the components delivery plan execution, when problem happened, jump in on time to lead the communication to solve the issue; per the material supply\logistics resource\sing in situations, to adjust the plan properly; Coordination and Communication skills Bi-weekly plan frozen rate SAP demand input and maintenance l Order upload and maintenance, and trigger SAP operation on time once 1st BOM was published; l Cooperate with and Monitor regional plan team to secure the accuracy of components demand, and shoot the problems in system on time; On time maintenance and Accuracy rate Capacity alignment and discussion l Per monthly S&OP plan, to align with production dept.if necessary, discuss and communicate on capacity raise and follow to execute; Coordination and Communication skills Others l Per the pilot schedule to arrange the pre-production; l Per retooling and EN demand, to arrange and adjust the plan properly; Coordination and Communication skills Requirement: l Education and Major: Bachelor degree or upper, no specific majors, preferring planning relevant: l Experience: 8yrs or upper experience in manufacturing industry, preferring in supply chain expertise; l Core knowledge and skills: a) Knowledge: understand MRP\SAP operation logic, understand master plan process and business operation logic under different manufacturing mode; b) Skills: work well under pressure, has strong logical thinking skills, team-work spirits, strong responsibility and highly self-driven is required;

Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement robust internal control policies, procedures and frameworks to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for India & Australia Region. 2. Conduct regular risk assessments and internal control assessments to identify potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities. 3. Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in control design and process efficiency. 4. Develop and implement monitoring and testing procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify control deficiencies. 5. Provide guidance and training to employees on internal control processes, including control self-assessment and problem solving. 6. Keep abreast of industry best practices and new trends in internal control, accounting, and regulatory compliance. 7. Lead or participate in special projects and investigations related to internal controls, fraud prevention, and process improvement initiatives. 8. Cooperate with the external auditor to conduct audits and make audit recommendations. 9. Prepare and submit internal control assessment reports, findings and recommendations to senior management. Requirements 1. At least 8 + years of working experience in internal audit or internal control, manufacturing experience in multi-culture company is required. 2. Deep understanding of internal control frameworks and regulations (e.g. COSO or SOX) and their application in an enterprise environment. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to evaluate complex processes, identify control gaps or weaknesses. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and top management. 5. Have the ability to think strategically in control, design and process improvement, balance practical participation in process execution. 6. Professional certification from an accredited body such as Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Accountant (ACCA) is preferred. 7. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting. 8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
