Job Description

As an Internal Auditor at our company, you will play a crucial role in evaluating internal controls, identifying process gaps, assessing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting internal audit engagements across business functions. - Performing detailed evaluations of IT systems and ERP environments. - Executing forensic accounting reviews and fraud investigations when needed. - Carrying out process audits and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Identifying control gaps and providing actionable recommendations. - Conducting root cause analysis and implementing audit best practices. - Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management. - Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Internal Audit, or Risk Advisory Services with a reputed consulting firm or corporate. - Good understanding of audit processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks. - Knowledge of ERP systems and IT-based audit tools will be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel to client sites based on assignment needs. - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure consulting environment. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent report-writing and communication skills. Please note that skills in financial audits, fraud investigations, compliance advisory, auditing, risk management, and internal audit will be essential for success in this role. Additional certifications such as Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) would be beneficial.,
