Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits as per the annual audit plan.
• Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, SOPs, and risk management processes.
• Identify gaps, deviations, and potential risks in existing processes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely closure of corrective measures.
• Assist in strengthening process efficiencies across departments such as Projects, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and HR.
• Verify documentation, approvals, and compliance with company guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Support management in implementing best practices, process improvement initiatives, and policy enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, clarification, and audit execution.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold audit standards and ethical practices.
